Summary from Goodreads:

On a hike up the mountain, Luke has a vision unlike any other—one that leaves him terrified. Knowing that it will come true—and that he must do everything in his power to stop it—leaves his own future uncertain.

Review:

I just want to start this review by talking about the cover art.  I just love the font for the title.  It is overall  a beautiful cover.  I really hope someday we get it in print.

I really enjoyed this short story.  J. Meyers did a wonderful job of pulling me into the story the moment I read the first sentence.  I stayed enthralled all the way till the end and even then I was left wanting more!

Luke and Sera are twins with unusual gifts.  Luke can see the the future although so far he has not ever been able to change it.  Sera can heal people but she has no control over how much healing she completes.  They dont want anyone to know their secret so they keep it to themseleves.  They seem to have such an amazing bond even for twins.

This prequel set the stage perfectly for the next book Intangible.  There is a dramatic cliffhanger at the end of this story so be sure you have the next book ready.  The ending of Intuition completely caught me off guard.  I look forward to seeing where Meyers takes us next!
